WHO WE WORK WITH
Seeing What's Possible
Sometimes the first step towards change is seeing yourself, your choices or your circumstances differently.

Powering Potential helps people reflect on where they are, recognise what may be holding them back and consider what they want to do next. The aim is to help people develop a stronger sense of direction and feel more empowered to take responsibility for what comes next.

TO MOVE FORWARD
One-on-One Coaching

There are times when we know something in our lives needs to change but we are not always sure what the change should look like or where to begin. One-on-one coaching provides a private and supportive space to step back, understand where you are now, become clearer about what you want and explore how you can move forward.
Our sessions are focused on you.
Together, we explore the thinking, beliefs, choices and circumstances that may be influencing where you are today. We identify what matters to you, what may be holding you back and what you would like to work towards.
Coaching is not about me telling you what to do or having the answers for your life. It is about asking meaningful questions, challenging your thinking where appropriate and helping you recognise your own strengths, choices and possibilities.
The aim is to help you develop greater self-awareness and strengthen self leadership, make choices with greater confidence and take practical steps towards the life you want to create.
Coaching may be useful if you are:
-
Feeling stuck or uncertain about your direction
-
Facing a decision or period of change
-
Wanting to build confidence or resilience
-
Struggling to turn goals into action
-
Looking to strengthen your self-leadership
-
Wanting to understand your choices and behaviour more clearly

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. The first step is simply to understand where you are and what you would like to be different.
The number of sessions will depend on what you would like to work through.
We begin with a complimentary 30 minute Discovery Session to understand where you are, what you would like to change and whether coaching feels like the right fit for you.
One-on-one coaching sessions are 60 minutes and can take place in person or online.
A CLOSER LOOK, CASE BY CASE
A Space for Everyone

THE DIFFERENCE:
For Individuals-
Seeing What's Possible
Making a difference in someone's life does not always mean creating dramatic change. Sometimes it begins by simply having the space to stop, reflect honestly on where you are and recognise that there may be another way forward.
Through coaching, I help people develop greater self-awareness and a clearer under- standing of themselves, the choices they are making and what may be preventing them from moving forward.
The focus is on strengthening self-leadership, helping people become more intentional about their choices, take greater ownership and become clearer about the direction they want their lives to take.
For some, that may mean developing greater confidence or a stronger sense of purpose. For others, it may involve making an important decision, navigating change, setting meaningful goals or understanding why they feel stuck.
Every person is different, which is why the coaching is shaped around the individual, their circumstances and what they want to achieve.
Sometimes the greatest change begins with seeing yourself, your choices and your possibilities differently.

TO STRENGTHEN
Corporate & SMEs

People have a significant influence on the culture, energy and performance of an organisation. When individuals take greater responsibility for how they think, communicate and contribute, teams work more effectively and the workplace becomes stronger.
My work focuses on developing self-leadership, helping people take greater ownership of their role, their choices and the way they show up at work.
I work with business owners, CEOs, senior leaders and HR teams to identify areas where developing self-leadership can strengthen both people and performance. This may include communication, accountability, confidence, resilience, decision-making, leadership, navigating change and taking greater ownership.
For SMEs, the focus is often on helping employees take greater responsibility and ownership, communicate more effectively and contribute more consistently, reducing the pressure on business owners to carry every decision or solve every problem.
For larger organisations, the work can support leaders and teams in strengthening communication, accountability, engagement and collaboration, helping to create a more cohesive and productive working environment.
I offer talks, half-day and full-day workshops, multi-session development programmes and one-on-one coaching for executives and employees where appropriate. Each programme is shaped around the needs, challenges and objectives of the organisation rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
The aim is to develop people from within, strengthening self-leadership so individuals take greater ownership, teams work more effectively and organisations are better positioned to perform and grow.
Developing self-leadership at work
Self-leadership influences the way people respond to challenges, communicate with colleagues, make decisions and take responsibility for their work. My work helps individuals become more aware of how they show up at work and how their choices affect the people around them. This may include developing accountability, confidence, resilience, communication, decision-making and the ability to navigate change. Processes and systems matter, but the people using them also influence how effectively they work. Developing people is an important part of developing the organisation.
Working with Businesses
For small and medium-sized businesses, the owner or manager can easily become the person everyone turns to for every decision, problem or next step. Developing greater self-leadership within the team can encourage people to take more responsibility, communicate more effectively, contribute ideas and become more confident in solving problems. The aim is to help create a working environment where responsibility is shared more effectively and the business owner is not expected to carry every decision alone.
Leadership and team development
I work with leaders and teams to explore the behaviours and ways of working that influence the wider organisation. Depending on the needs of the business, this may include leadership development, communication, accountability, employee engagement, resilience, decision-making, adapting to change and creating a more cohesive working environment. The focus is on helping people understand their contribution, take greater ownership and work more effectively with others.
Corporate talks
Focused sessions that introduce ideas around self-leadership, communication, responsibility and workplace culture.
Multi-session development programmes
A series of sessions that gives individuals or teams time to explore key topics over a longer period. The structure is agreed according to the organisation's needs.
Half-day and full-day workshops
Interactive sessions that allow teams to explore challenges, discuss different perspectives and identify practical actions.
Leadership development & individuals
One-on-one coaching or targeted development for executives, managers and employees where appropriate. Each engagement begins with a conversation about the organisation, its people and the challenges it wants to address. The format and content are then shaped around those needs.
AN APPROACH SHAPED AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
Ways to work together

THE DIFFERENCE:
For Companies-
Strengthening
the Workplace
A business is made up of people and the way those people think, communicate, take responsibility and work together has a direct impact on the culture and performance of the organisation. Developing people is therefore not separate from developing the organisation, the two go hand in hand.
My work with companies and small businesses focuses on strengthening self-leadership in the people who make up the organisation.
This means helping individuals take greater ownership of their roles, communicate more effectively, navigate change, make better decisions and understand the impact their behaviour has on those around them.
For business owners and leaders, the aim is to develop a workplace where people are more confident in taking responsibility, contributing ideas, solving problems and making decisions rather than continually waiting for direction.
When people grow, teams become stronger and stronger teams help build stronger businesses.

HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE FIND THEIR WAY
Schools & Teens

Growing up brings its own pressures, expectations and decisions. Young people are discovering who they are while navigating friendships, school, expectations and choices about their future. Developing confidence in themselves and learning how to make their own positive choices can have an important influence on the direction they take.
I work with schools and teenagers to develop self-awareness, confidence, resilience, personal responsibility and self-leadership. The aim is not to tell young people who they should become but to give them the space, tools and encouragement to understand themselves better, think about their choices and take greater ownership of the direction they want their lives to take.
For schools, I offer student talks and interactive workshops. Sessions can be tailored to the needs of the school and may explore confidence, self-belief, decision-making, resilience, communication, personal responsibility, navigating change and developing a stronger sense of direction and purpose.
I also offer one-on-one coaching for teenagers aged 13 to 18. These sessions provide a supportive space for young people to reflect on where they are, explore what may be holding them back and think through the choices, challenges or decisions they are facing.
The aim is to help young people believe in their potential, strengthen their self-leadership and move forward with greater confidence, clarity and a stronger sense of who they are.

TO ENGAGE, EXPLORE, GROW
Small Group Workshops

Workshops take the ideas explored in a talk further. Rather than simply listening, participants are encouraged to reflect, ask questions, share perspectives and explore how the subject applies to their own lives, roles and working environments.
I offer both half day and full day workshops, tailored to the needs and objectives of each group. Sessions can explore self leadership, mindset, personal responsibility, resilience, confidence, communication, leadership, navigating change and decision-making.
Every group is different, so each workshop is shaped around the people attending and what the organisation or group wants to achieve.
A business may want to strengthen communication, accountability or teamwork, while a school may choose to focus on confidence, decision- making, resilience or self leadership.
The aim is not to overwhelm people with information or tell them what they should change. It is to create the space to step back, think differently, develop greater self- awareness and identify practical actions they can take moving forward.
Participants leave with greater clarity, practical tools and actions they can apply beyond the workshop.
TIME TO STEP BACK AND THINK DIFFERENTLY
How workshops work
Workshop Topics
Every group is different. A business may want to strengthen communication, accountability or teamwork, while a school may focus on confidence, decision-making, resilience or self-leadership.

Workshops can explore:
-
Self-leadership and mindset
-
Personal responsibility and accountability
-
Confidence and resilience
-
Communication and teamwork
-
Leadership and decision-making
-
Navigating change
-
Goal setting and purpose
-
Workplace culture
Half-day workshops
A focused session that gives participants time to explore a particular subject, reflect on their current approach and identify practical ways to move forward.
Full-day workshops
A longer session that allows more time for discussion, deeper exploration, group activities and applying ideas to real situations.
The appropriate format depends on the subject, the group and the outcomes being sought. I work with each organisation or group to shape a suitable session.

Start With a Conversation
We begin with a complimentary Discovery Session to discuss where you are, what you would like to change and whether coaching feels like the right fit for you.

There is no need to decide on a fixed number of sessions in advance. The process depends on your circumstances, priorities and what you would like to work through.
